Mounting bushings B-001, B-002, B-003, B-004, B-005 are designed for installing resistance thermometers, thermoelectric converters and protective sleeves with threaded or welded connections.
Mounting bushings models B-001, B-002, B-003, B-004, B-005 are designed for reliable installation of resistance thermometers (RT), thermoelectric converters (TC), and protective sleeves.
Mounting of bushings B-001, B-002, B-003 is performed by welding, while bushings B-004 and B-005 have threaded connections; they are components of bayonet fittings, providing quick and reliable fastening.
The threading of mounting bushings is made according to standards: metric (ISO 724), cylindrical pipe (BSPP / ISO 228-1), and tapered inch (NPT / ANSI-ASME B1.20.1). Production according to other standards is possible upon request.
Materials include steel 12X18H10T (austenitic heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel) according to EN 10088 and steel St3. Upon order, production of thermometer sleeves from various steel grades is possible, such as:
- AISI 321 (12X18H10T, 08X18H10T) – heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, usable up to 600 °C (up to 350 °C in highly aggressive environments);
- AISI 304 (08X18H10) – heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, applicable up to 400 °C in moderately active environments;
- AISI 316L (03X17H14M3) – resistant to corrosion in aggressive environments up to 450 °C;
- AISI 316Ti (10X17H13M2T) – applicable up to 600 °C in highly aggressive environments;
- AISI 430 (12X17) – heat-resistant ferritic steel, corrosion resistant up to 400 °C;
- 12X1MF – heat-resistant pearlitic steel for long-term operation at high temperatures up to 600 °C.
The operation of bushings must comply with the working pressures and temperatures permitted for the materials according to state oversight standards.
Installation of bushings on site is carried out according to equipment instructions; sealing gaskets for installing resistance thermometers are not included in the set.
The designation of bushings according to TU U26.5-32195027-008:2016 – "Mounting bushings BPP-B-001.D.d.L.M":
- L – mounting part length, mm;
- D – outer diameter, mm;
- d – inner diameter, mm;
- M – thread type.
