Mounting bosses B-001 are designed to install resistance thermometers, thermoelectric converters, and protective sleeves on temperature measurement objects. Welded mounting connection. Threads are metric, pipe, or conical per GOST. Materials – steel 12Х18Н10Т and others.
Mounting bosses B-001 (full name Mounting bosses REGMIK BPP-B-001) are intended for the installation of resistance thermometers (RT), thermoelectric converters (TC), and protective sleeves on temperature measurement objects. Installation is carried out by welded connection.
The B-001 bosses are manufactured with the following mounting threads: metric according to ISO 724, cylindrical pipe according to BSPP / ISO 228-1, and conical inch according to NPT / ANSI-ASME B1.20.1. Production with other thread standards is possible upon customer request.
The material for bosses is steel 12Х18Н10Т according to EN 10088 or steel St3. Upon customer request, manufacturing from other steel grades, including heat-resistant austenitic and ferritic steels that provide operation at different temperatures and corrosive environments, is possible:
- AISI 321 (12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10Т) – heat-resistant austenitic steel, corrosion-resistant, usable up to +600 °C, in aggressive environments up to +350 °C;
- AISI 304 (08Х18Н10) – heat-resistant austenitic steel for temperatures up to +400 °C in moderately active environments;
- AISI 316L (03Х17Н14М3) – corrosion-resistant austenitic steel for operation up to +450 °C in most aggressive environments;
- AISI 316Ti (10Х17Н13М2Т) – heat-resistant austenitic steel, withstanding up to +600 °C in highly aggressive environments;
- AISI 430 (12Х17) – heat-resistant ferritic steel for temperatures up to +400 °C in weakly aggressive environments;
- 12Х1МФ – heat-resistant pearlitic steel, resistant to high temperatures up to +600 °C.
Operation of B-001 bosses must correspond to the working pressures and temperature regimes regulated by relevant national norms for the applied materials and conditions of operation.
Installation of bosses on site is performed according to equipment instructions. Sealing gaskets for installation of resistance thermometers are not included in the delivery set.
Designation of mounting bosses B-001 according to TU U26.5-32195027-008:2016 – "Mounting bosses BPP-B-001.D.d.L.M":
- L – length of mounting part, mm;
- D – outer diameter, mm;
- d – inner diameter, mm;
- M – type of thread.
