Protective sleeves GZ-103

Protective thermometer sleeves GZ-103 (full name DPP-GZ-103) are designed for mounting temperature sensors (resistance thermometers, thermoelectric converters / thermocouples), glass, bimetallic, manometric thermometers, and also protect these devices from mechanical and chemical effects of the working environment and increased dynamic process loads.

Mounting thermometers and thermocouples using protective thermometer sleeves GZ-103 significantly extends the service life of these devices, as well as enables their maintenance, inspection or repair without stopping the working process, which significantly reduces the costs of performing the listed tasks. Protective thermometer sleeves can be mounted on pressure vessels, steam boilers, pipelines, tanks, and other facilities. Mounting is carried out either on threaded connection or by welding, accordingly sleeves are produced both in threaded design and welded type.

Protective thermometer sleeves GZ-103 are intended for temperature sensors models 002, 003, 101p and 101, as well as for sensors with a unified output current or voltage signal.
The material of the protective fittings depends on nominal pressure, operating temperature and medium – stainless steel grade 12X18H10T etc. Sleeves are manufactured both fully turned and welded (the mounting part welded to the fitting).
