Panel PID controllers with logger function RP2l, RP4l store measured input physical quantity values in the device non-volatile memory at specified time intervals. Logger function is available for single-, two-, three- and four-channel PID controllers with logger function.
The PID controller with logger function RP2l, RP4l is designed for measuring, regulating by proportional-integral-derivative law of the input physical quantity and storing its values in the non-volatile memory (up to 10,000 records) of the device at specified time intervals (from 1 to 9999 minutes) for one, two or four channels.
PID controllers with logger function:
- PID controllers with discrete control: RP2l, RP4l (types of output devices P, OK, OC);
- PID controllers with analog control: RP2l (types of output devices AN1, AN2, AN3, AT1, AT2, AT3).
RPXL allows the following functions:
- measuring temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameters) of various objects using standard sensors:
– thermoresistive converters [TO], thermoelectric converters [PT],
– sensors with standardized output current signal 0..5 mA, 0(4)..20 mA [AT],
– sensors with standardized output voltage signal 0..1V, 0..10V [AN]; - measuring humidity based on the psychrometric method using standard TO (function of the second channel RP2l, RP4l);
- displaying current and set temperature values on built-in LED digital indicators for one channel;
- temperature (humidity) regulation of objects by proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law;
- ability to change set temperature values (setpoints) for PID controller on two channels;
- operation in mode of converter "input value – analog signal" (RP1l and RP2l with analog outputs);
- ability for automatic tuning of PID controller coefficients;
- data exchange with personal computer via RS-485 interface;
- light indication of device operation mode, generation of "Error" signal;
