Description

The movable fitting SHP-01 is designed for mounting thermoelectric converters (TC) and resistance temperature detectors (RTD) (temperature sensors) which do not have their own mounting.

The movable fitting is manufactured with mounting threads: metric according to ISO 724, cylindrical pipe thread BSPP / ISO 228-1, and tapered inch thread NPT / ANSI-ASME B1.20.1. The mounting thread can also be made to the Customer's request according to other standards.

The movable fitting SHP-001 is made of steel grade 12Х18Н10Т according to EN 10088. Upon Customer request, sleeves for thermometers can be made from other steels.

AISI 321 (12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10Т) – heat-resistant, corrosion and high temperature resistant austenitic steel. Has high strength and durability. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 600 °C, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 °C.
AISI 304 (08Х18Н10) – heat-resistant, corrosion resistant austenitic steel. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 400 °C in moderately active environments.
AISI 316L (03Х17Н14М3) – corrosion resistant austenitic steel. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 450 °C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti (10Х17Н13М2Т) – corrosion resistant austenitic steel. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 600 °C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 (12Х17) – heat-resistant, corrosion resistant ferritic steel. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 400 °C in mildly aggressive environments.
12Х1МФ – heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlitic steel. Suitable for use at temperatures up to 600 °C.

The movable fitting SHP-01 must be operated within working pressure and temperature values that should not exceed the limits established by the relevant regulations and standards of state supervision for these materials and operating conditions.
