Return Policy

General terms

Returns and exchanges of REGMIK products are handled under Ukrainian law and the terms of the specific order. Before shipping any product back, contact your REGMIK manager and agree on the order number, return reason and delivery method.

Standard products

A standard product may be accepted for return or exchange if it has not been used and its appearance, accessories, factory packaging, marking and purchase documents are preserved.

Custom products

Products manufactured or configured to individual customer requirements may not be returnable if they match the agreed specification and have no manufacturing defect.

Warranty cases

If there are signs of a manufacturing defect, the product is submitted for inspection. After diagnostics, REGMIK provides repair, replacement or another solution under the warranty terms and contract.

Return delivery

Return delivery costs are agreed with the manager. The product must be packed to prevent damage during transportation.

How to submit a request

Provide the order or invoice number, product name, reason for the request and contact details. To speed up review, add photos of the product, packaging and documents.
