Universal two-channel controller RP2-T

The new universal two-channel controller RP2-T is designed to replace a whole series of process controllers (pulse counters, universal timers, and time relays).

Operating modes of RP2-T:

• direct and reverse pulse counting;
• operation with encoder;
• flow meter;
• frequency meter;
• tachometer;
• dosing device;
• equipment runtime counter;
• universal timer;
• time relay.

The RP2-T measuring-regulator can be configured for different operating modes for each channel. The controller channels are completely independent.

Technical specifications of RP2-T:

• Power supply:
  • 12... 24 VDC.
• Internal power supply unit:
  • 24 VDC, load capacity 60 mA.
• Interfaces:
  • RS-485 (ModBus RTU protocol);
  • isolated RS-485 (ModBus RTU protocol).
• Inputs (4 inputs):
  • 2 inputs configurable depending on operating mode (as counting or enable inputs);
  • 2 enable inputs for START / STOP / PAUSE / output device lock.
• Discrete outputs (4 outputs):
  • electromechanical relay (5A, 220 VAC);
  • transistor optocoupler (100 mA, at 60 VDC);
  • transistor switch (100 mA, at 60 VDC);

• Ability to set up to 20 holidays and days off during which the universal timer does not execute configured programs;
• Configuration of up to 10 steps for the time relay;
• User-configurable output signal type;
• Output control via RS-485 interface.

The universal RP2-T DIN rail controller replaces a whole range of devices previously produced by REGMIK enterprise:

• Universal timers: UT-1, UT-2;
• Time relays: RV1, RV2;
• Pulse counters: SI1, SI2, SI1m.

The RP2-T controller can also be supplied in a panel-mounted enclosure RP2-M.
