Description

The two-channel regulator with generator control function RD2-06 is designed to receive and convert signals coming from two sensors (temperature and generator voltage). As temperature sensors, resistance temperature detectors (RTD) can be used, and as voltage sensors – sensors with a standardized output current signal.

Resistance temperature detectors RTD (temperature sensors TCM – 50M, 100M; TSP – Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000) are intended for measuring the temperature of the ambient environment, liquid, gaseous, and bulk chemically harmless media, as well as the surface of solid bodies in various industries.
Temperature is the most commonly measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in equipment operation, so there are many ways and places to apply temperature sensors.

Main functions of the two-channel regulator with generator control function RD2-06:

  • measurement of temperature on two channels using standard sensors: resistance temperature detector [RTD] and sensors with standardized output current signals 0..5 mA, 0(4)..20 mA [AT];
  • display on the built-in LCD of current parameter values in manual and automatic modes;
  • control of generator start/stop according to a set program;
  • data exchange with a personal computer via USB and RS-485 interfaces (ModBus RTU protocol);
  • generation of an "Error" signal;
  • galvanic isolation of input/output stages and USB, RS-485 interfaces – 1000 V.
The regulator for generator control RD2-06 is designed for DIN-rail mounting.
