Two-channel measurer I2-01

The two-channel measurer I2-01 has an alarm output and is designed to receive and convert one or two input analog signals into physical quantities (temperature, humidity, pressure, level, etc.) with subsequent display of the obtained values on a built-in digital indicator.
The device has two independent measurement channels and is produced in two power supply versions: AC mains 90..240V (IPI) or DC source 12..24V (IP24).
It is also possible to equip the device with two indicators to simultaneously display values from two channels.

 

Purpose: The two-channel measurer I2 is intended for measuring and indicating the temperature of various media in drying chambers, refrigeration equipment, industrial and household ovens, and other technological equipment; measuring humidity by psychrometric method during wood drying; as well as measuring other physical quantities (level, flow, pressure, humidity, etc.) using sensors with a standardized analog signal.

 

Main functions and operating modes:

• Temperature measurement using resistance temperature detectors (RTD - 50M, 100M; RTD - 50P, 100P, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TXJ, etc.), sensors with standardized current output AT (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage output AN (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
• Displaying measured values on the built-in LED digital indicator (two-channel digital temperature indicator);
• Calculating and displaying on the second channel mathematical functions of two measured quantities (sum, difference, average, minimum, maximum);
• Calculating and displaying humidity by psychrometric method on the second channel (T1 - dry thermometer, T2 - wet thermometer);
• Function for calculating and displaying the square root of the measured quantity (e.g., for instantaneous flow measurement from AN and AT sensors);
• Scaling measurement scale (for AN and AT sensors);
• Light indication of operating modes (sensor alarm, programming);
• Software adjustment of conversion characteristics (slope, offset);
• Digital filtering of measurements (filter depth - up to 10 measurement periods);
• Digital calibration of input channels;
• Changing the display update period of the measured value;
• Programming with buttons on the front panel of the device;
• Parameter protection by password;
• Saving settings when power is off;
• Built-in 24V, 100mA power supply for active sensors in modifications with AN and/or AT;
• RS-485 Modbus RTU interface (optional).
