The two-channel measurer I2 is designed for measuring and indicating temperatures of various environments in drying chambers, refrigeration equipment, industrial/domestic ovens, and other technological equipment; measuring humidity by the psychrometric method when drying wood; as well as measuring other physical quantities (level, flow, pressure, humidity, etc.) using sensors with unified analog signals.
The two-channel measurer I2 is designed to receive and convert one or two input analog signals into values of physical quantities (temperature, humidity, pressure, level, etc.) and display the obtained values on the built-in digital indicator.
The device has two independent measurement channels and is available in two power supply versions: AC mains 90..240 V (IPI) or DC power source 12..24 V (IP24).
It is also possible to manufacture the device with two indicators for simultaneous display of measured values from both channels.
- measurement of object temperatures using resistance temperature detectors (temperature sensors) TSM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TZhK, etc.), sensors with unified current output signals AT (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage signals AN (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
- display of measured values on the built-in LED indicator (two-channel digital temperature indicator);
- calculation and indication on the second channel of mathematical functions of two measured quantities (sum, difference, average, minimum, maximum);
- calculation and indication on the second channel of humidity by the psychrometric method (T1 - dry, T2 - wet);
- function for calculating and indicating the square root of the measured quantity (e.g., for measuring instantaneous flow from AN and AT sensors);
- scaling of measurement range (for AN and AT sensors);
- light indication of operating modes (sensor error, programming);
- software adjustment of conversion characteristic parameters (slope, offset);
- digital filtering of measurements (filter depth - up to 10 measurement periods);
- digital calibration of input channels;
- change of display update period for measured values;
- programming using buttons on the front panel;
- password protection of parameters;
- retention of settings upon power off;
- built-in 24 V, 100 mA power supply for active sensors in versions with AN and/or AT;
- RS-485 Modbus RTU interface (optional).
