The И4 meter/indicator measures input physical quantities on four channels using standard TO, PT, AN and AT sensors and features an alarm output.
The four-channel meter И4 is designed for measuring and monitoring from 1 to 4 physical quantities with display of measured values on the built-in digital indicator.
И4 has four independent measurement channels, an alarm output (opto-triac (OC), optocoupler (OK)), RS-485 interface with ModBus RTU protocol. The meter is available with two power supply options: AC voltage 90..240V (ИПИ) or DC voltage source 12..24V (ИП24).
Purpose
И4 is intended for monitoring temperature, pressure, humidity, flow or other physical quantities in several zones simultaneously (up to 4) and alarm signaling about any parameter going beyond preset limits (one alarm output).
И4 is used as an alarm signal device in furnaces, drying chambers in food, metallurgical and other industries.
General functions and operating modes
- measuring object temperature using resistance thermometers (temperature sensors) TCM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TJL etc.), sensors with standardized current output AT (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage output AN (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
- generation of "Alarm" signal (with the possibility of issuing a control signal to the output stage) when the measured physical quantity is outside the preset alarm range, and also when sensor wire break or short circuit occurs;
- function for calculation and indication of the square root of the measured value (e.g., for instantaneous flow measurement from AN and AT sensors);
- scaling of measurement scale;
- light indication of operating modes;
- software parameter adjustment of the conversion characteristic (slope, offset);
- digital filtering of measurements (filter depth up to 10 measurement periods);
- change of the measured value indication period;
- digital calibration of input channels;
- parameter protection by password;
- built-in DC power source (24V, 100mA) for powering active sensors or connecting alarm relay;
- RS-485 ModBus RTU interface for recording measured values on PC or working with PLC.
