Description

RS-485/USB Interface Converters (IC) are designed to organize information exchange via a single serial communication channel and mutual conversion of electrical signals between USB interfaces (compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0), RS-485/V.11 (EIA-485). The converters have galvanic isolation between USB and RS-485 signals. When connected to a USB interface, the converters do not require an additional external power supply.

The delivery set of the interface converters includes: USB (RS-485) cable, user manual, and necessary software for PC connection.

Installation of PI485 / USB interface drivers:
1. Run the installer. Drivers will be unpacked by default to Program Files.
2. Connect the PI485 / USB converter to the PC.
3. A driver installation dialog will appear. Choose — “Install from specified location.”
4. Specify the path where the drivers were unpacked.
