Temperature sensors TSM-106, TSP-106, TXA-106, TXK-106, TZhK-106 designed to measure the temperature of the surrounding environment, liquid, gaseous and bulk chemically non-aggressive media in various industries.
Temperature sensors TSM-106, TSP-106, TXA-106, TXK-106, TZhK-106 group 1 are designed to measure the temperature of the surrounding environment, liquid, gaseous and bulk chemically non-aggressive media in various industries. Another name for type 106 sensors is "sausage" sensors, product sensors, "loaf" sensors.
Temperature is the most common parameter for measurement, and overheating is one of the most undesirable factors in equipment operation, therefore there are many variants and places for the use of temperature sensors.
The principle of operation of resistance thermometers is based on the change in electrical resistance of conductors and semiconductors depending on temperature. The sensor material must have a high temperature coefficient of resistance, preferably a linear dependence of resistance on temperature, good reproducibility of properties and inertness to environmental influences. Platinum best meets all these requirements; copper to a somewhat lesser extent.
Thermocouples are exclusively differential temperature sensors. They generate an electrical signal proportional to the temperature difference between two different points. Therefore, the junction used to measure the required temperature is called the "hot" junction, while the other unavoidable junction is called the "cold" junction.
Classification of temperature sensors TSM-106, TSP-106, TXA-106, TXK-106, TZhK-106 by type of measuring (sensitive) element
