TSP-303 air temperature sensors are designed to measure air temperature in various industries. TSP-303 resistance temperature detectors have minimal thermal inertia values and do not require complex installation work when mounted on site. They can be used to measure temperature in ventilation ducts, storage facilities, and other premises. Temperature is the most commonly measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in equipment operation. Read more TSP-303 Air Temperature Sensors
Air temperature sensors TSP-303 are designed to measure air temperature in various industries. TSP-303 resistance temperature detectors have minimal thermal inertia values, which means they do not require complex installation work when mounted on site. They can be used to measure temperature in ventilation ducts, storage facilities, and more.
Temperature is the most commonly measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in equipment operation, so there are many ways and places to use temperature sensors.
The operating principle of resistance temperature detectors is based on the change in electrical resistance of conductors and semiconductors depending on temperature. The material used to manufacture such a sensor must have a high temperature coefficient of resistance, preferably a linear dependence of resistance on temperature, good reproducibility of properties, and inertness to environmental influences. Platinum best meets these requirements; copper somewhat less so.
Thermocouples are differential temperature sensors. They generate an electrical signal proportional to the temperature difference between two different points. The junction used to measure the required temperature is called the "hot" junction, while the other, invariant connection point is the "cold" junction.
Classification of TSP-303 air temperature sensors by type of measuring (sensitive) element
- Resistance temperature detectors (thermometers) - TSM, TSP;
- Thermoelectric converters (thermocouples) - TXA, TXK, TJK;
- Semiconductor converters - TP.
Main technical characteristics of temperature sensors 303:
- Accuracy classes - 1 / 3B, A, B, C (for TSM and TSP resistance temperature detectors), 1 and 2 (for TXA, TXK, TJK thermocouples);
- Connection scheme for sensitive element (SE) - two-, three-, four-wire;
- By SE type, divided into resistance temperature detectors (50M, 100M, 50P, 100P, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, Pt2000, Pt10000), semiconductor (DS18B20);
- Construction of temperature detectors - non-disassemblable;
- Insulation resistance - at least 100 MΩ.
