The set of resistance temperature sensors is used to convert information about temperature and temperature difference into changes of electrical resistance of sensitive elements within heat meters and other devices for accounting and control of thermal energy in heat-supplying and heat-consuming organizations. KTSP can be used in systems of thermal energy accounting and control for heat-supplying and heat-consuming organizations.
