Description

Description

The four-channel PID controller with discrete outputs RP4 regulates the input physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law across four channels.

PID controllers with discrete control are used for precise regulation of the input quantity utilizing contactless actuators (triacs, thyristors, solid-state relays).

RP4 allows performing the following functions

  • measuring parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance temperature detectors (temperature sensors) TCM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100), thermocouples (THK, THA, TJK, etc.), and sensors with standardized current and voltage output signals) on four channels;
  • displaying current and set values of parameters on built-in LED digital indicators;
  • regulating the physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law on four channels;
  • visual indication of the device operating mode;
  • ability to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
  • data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
  • generation of an "Error" signal;
  • software change of the conversion characteristic parameters.
