Description

Description

The RP2 device with discrete control performs regulation of the input physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law through two channels.

PID controllers with discrete control are used for precise regulation of the input quantity using contactless actuators (triacs, thyristors, solid-state relays).

RP2 enables the following functions:

  • Measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance temperature detectors (temperature sensors) TSM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100), thermocouples (THK, THA, TJK, etc.), sensors with unified output signals of current and voltage) by two channels;
  • Display of current and set parameter values on built-in LED digital indicators;
  • Regulation of the physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law by two channels;
  • Light indication of the device operating mode;
  • Possibility to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
  • Data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
  • Formation of "Error" signal;
  • Software modification of conversion characteristic parameters.

- Power supply from 220V AC mains and from 12..24V DC source;
