The single-channel PID controller RP1-D is designed for monitoring and controlling temperature regimes of various technological processes in production of meat and sausage products, bakery industry, incubators, thermal chambers, etc.
The single-channel PID controller RP1-D with discrete output controls the input physical quantity according to a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law with one channel.
The PID controller allows performing the following functions:
- Universal input: measuring parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance thermometers (temperature sensors) TSM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100), thermocouples (THK, THA, TJK, etc.), sensors with standardized current and voltage output signals) through one channel;
- Display of current and set parameter values on built-in LED digital indicators;
- Control of the physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law;
- Light indication of the instrument's operating mode;
- Ability to change the setpoint value for the PID controller;
- Data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
- Generation of "Error" signal;
- Software modification of conversion characteristic parameters.

What operating principle is used in the RP1-D PID controller?
The single-channel PID controller RP1-D uses a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control law for one channel, allowing effective control and management of a physical quantity, such as temperature.
What power supply does the RP1-D controller support?
The device supports power supply both from an AC mains voltage of 220 V and from a DC power source of 12..24 V with an allowable deviation of ±10%.
What types of input sensors can be connected to the RP1-D?
The RP1-D has a universal input that allows connection of standard sensors, such as resistance temperature detectors (RTD, TSP, Pt100), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TJK, etc.), as well as sensors with a standardized output current or voltage signal.
Does the RP1-D controller have indication of values and operating mode?
The PID controller is equipped with LED digital indicators for displaying the current and set values of the parameter, as well as light indication of the device operating mode.
Can the RP1-D be connected to a computer for configuration and monitoring?
The RP1-D supports data exchange with a personal computer via an RS-485 interface using the ModBus RTU protocol for setting and monitoring parameters.
