Description

The two-position two-channel controller RD2-D4 allows performing the following functions: measurement of temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameters) of various media and objects.

It is used in furnaces of various purposes, drying cabinets, refrigeration equipment, as well as in other fields with measurement of physical quantities using sensors with a unified output signal.
The device performs two-position control of the input physical quantity on two channels, automatically monitors the status of input sensors, the presence of measured input quantities beyond the set measurement range, correctness of parameter input, and calibration of the device.

Main functions:

  • Works with standard sensors:
    – resistance temperature detectors [RTD],
    – thermoelectric converters [TC] (thermocouples) – THK, THA, THJ, etc.,
    – sensors with unified output current signals 0..5 mA, 0 (4).. 20 mA [AT] and voltage 0..1V, 0..10V [AN];
  • Displays current values of measured parameters on built-in LED digital indicators;
  • Measures humidity based on psychrometric method;
  • Controls temperature of objects according to two-position law;
  • Controls temperature of object according to three-position law on one channel;
  • Operates in pulse controller mode (with ability to set period and pulse duration);
  • Visual indication of device operating modes;
  • Data exchange with personal computer via RS-485 interface (ModBus RTU protocol);
  • Generates "Error" signal;
  • Software change of conversion characteristic parameters.

  • Case for DIN rail mounting;
  • RS-485 interface (Modbus RTU);
  • Power supply from AC mains nominal 110..220V or from DC source nominal 12..24V;

The RD2-D4 controller supports standard input sensors such as resistance temperature detectors (codes 01-09, 71, 72), thermoelectric converters (thermocouples of types THK, THA, THJ, TPP, TPR, TVR with codes 10-16), as well as sensors with unified output current signals (0..5 mA, 0(4)..20 mA) and voltage signals (0..1V, 0..10V) (AN codes 21-23, AT codes 31-33). The input sensor type is set by the user according to requirements.
What power supply options does the RD2-D4 support?
