Eight-Channel Two-Position Regulator RD8

The eight-channel two-position regulator RD8 performs two-position regulation of the input physical quantity of eight channels according to a two-position control law. The device operates together with the output expansion unit BR8 (input sensors are connected to the regulator, which controls the output expansion unit via the RS-485 interface to which the actuators are connected).

RD8 allows the following functions:

• Measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance thermometers (temperature sensors) TSM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TZK, etc.), sensors with standardized current and voltage output signals) on eight channels;
• Display of current and setpoint values of the parameter and corresponding channel number on built-in LED digital indicators;
• Light indication of the device operating mode;
• Ability to change the setpoint value;
• Data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
• Psychrometric method of humidity measurement;
• Control according to a multiposition control law for one of the channels;
• Operation in pulse regulator mode;
• "Error" signal generation;
• Software change of conversion characteristic parameters.

• Panel version (model with three indicators);
• Power supply from AC mains voltage 140..220V and from DC source 12..24V;
• Types of input signals: TC, PT, AN, and AT;
• RS-485 interface (ModBus RTU);
• Types of output signals: R, OC, OS.
