4-channel level controller-indicator RU4 is a universal regulator, produced in two modifications: with 3 outputs (RU4-02) and 4 outputs (RU4-03). RU4-03 features an operating mode "Control via RS-485," in which the device only executes commands received via RS-485.
4-channel level controller-indicator RU4 is a universal regulator. It is used for creating automatic systems for maintaining liquid levels in tanks, storage vessels, and network pump control systems. RU4 can operate with liquids of different electrical conductivity: distilled, tap, polluted water, milk, and food products (weakly acidic, alkaline, etc.).
Types of Sensors
- conductometric sensors;
- "Dry" contact;
- open collector.
Main Functions of RU4
- automatic filling/draining of the tank according to hysteresis law;
- ability to protect the submerged pump from "dry running";
- semi-automatic and automatic control modes for two independent pumps;
- control of lower and upper emergency levels;
- light indication of the status of input, output devices, and operating mode;
- adjustment of sensor sensitivity parameters;
- "Control via RS-485" mode (for RU4-03), which allows control of actuator devices using commands received via RS-485.
Manufacturing Modifications
- housing for DIN-rail mounting: RU4-02 in D4 case (case width 70mm), RU4-03 in D6 case (case width 105mm);
- two power supply modifications: from AC mains voltage nominal 110..240V or from DC voltage source nominal 12..24V;
- isolated RS-485 (only for RU4-03);
- types of output devices: K, S, OK, OS, R.
