Description

The PID single-channel controller RP1 regulates the input physical quantity based on the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law, automatically monitors the state of the input sensor, the input quantity being outside the set measurement range, the correctness of parameter input, and the calibration of the device. Based on the monitoring results, an "Error" signal is generated.

The PID controller enables the following functions:

  • Measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance temperature detectors (temperature sensors) TSM (50M, 100M) and TSP (50P, 100P, Pt100), thermocouples (TXK, TXA, TJK, etc.), sensors with standardized output current and voltage signals);
  • Display on built-in LED digital indicators of current and set parameter values;
  • Regulation of the physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law;
  • Light indication of the device operating mode;
  • Possibility to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
  • Operation in the mode of input quantity to analog signal converter;
  • Operation in manual analog signal setting mode;
  • Data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
  • Generation of an "Error" signal;
  • Software modification of transformation characteristic parameters.
