UNIVERSAL TWO-CHANNEL DEVICE
RP2-M

The universal two-channel device RP2-M is designed for monitoring technological processes where automatic timing (time relay, universal timer), counting incoming pulses, weather-dependent regulation, control of discrete and analog dampers, operation according to a set program with timing; measurement, recording, and regulation of heat carrier and various medium temperatures in drying cabinets, furnaces of various types, and other technological equipment, as well as for measuring other physical parameters and generating alarm signals. The universal controller allows implementation of: PID-controller, measuring controller, controller with timer, three-position controller: damper control controller, weather-dependent controller.

DISPLAY OF INFORMATION

The controller uses a high-tech custom LED display that provides the user with clear and intuitive information. This display features a wide viewing angle; its readings are easily visible even from a large distance under any lighting conditions.

VERSATILITY

Supports connection of resistance temperature detectors, thermoelectric converters, sensors with standardized current and voltage output signals. The device has two analog outputs configurable to the required output range, two discrete outputs, and an alarm output.

ADAPTIVE PID CONTROLLER

The universal two-channel controller with timer RP2-U features an improved self-tuning PID algorithm with the ability to adjust coefficients during operation.

DESIGN

The universal two-channel controller with timer RP2-U has an updated enclosure with terminal connections that allow convenient sensor and output device wiring, ensuring reliable mounting in the control panel.
The enclosure is made of polycarbonate, which is non-flammable.

CERTIFICATION

The device RP2-M complies with the requirements of relevant technical regulations:

• Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility of Equipment, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution dated December 16, 2015, No. 1077 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, p. 72).
• Technical Regulation on Low Voltage Electrical Equipment, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution dated December 16, 2015, No. 1067 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, p. 3526).

The device meets the standards from the list of national standards applied:

• DSTU EN 61326-1: 2016, EN 55011: 2016/A1: 2017/A11: 2020 – Electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use. Requirements for electromagnetic compatibility;
• DSTU EN 61010-1: 2014 – Safety requirements for control and measurement and laboratory electrical equipment;
• DSTU EN 60529:2014 – Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP54).

In addition to the "internal production control" procedure (module A) applied by the manufacturer, an accredited conformity assessment body was involved: the State Enterprise "All-Ukrainian Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification, and Consumer Rights Protection" (SE "Ukrmetrteststandard") performed voluntary product certification and issued the conformity certificate: No. UA.001.30.01054-21 dated 30.09.2021.

The RP2-M device complies with standards/regulations and EU Directives: 2014/30/EU (EMC), 2014/35/EU (LVD), 2014/53/EU (RED), 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
