Immersion temperature sensors are designed for accurate measurement of the temperature of liquids, gases, and other working media through direct contact of the sensitive element with the controlled environment. They are widely used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, thermal points, boiler houses, industrial technological processes, water supply, and energy sectors.

The sensor's design ensures reliable protection of the measuring element from mechanical damage, pressure influence, and aggressive environments. Protective sleeves or threaded connections are used for installation, allowing the sensor to be mounted directly into pipelines, tanks, or technological equipment.

Advantages of immersion temperature sensors:

  • high accuracy and measurement stability;
  • quick response to temperature changes;
  • wide operating temperature range;
  • durability and reliability in operation;
  • compatibility with most automation systems and controllers.

Depending on the requirements of the facility, sensors can be equipped with sensitive elements such as Pt100, Pt1000, NTC, or other measuring elements, as well as have various lengths of the immersion part and types of connection. They provide effective temperature parameter control and enhance the reliability of engineering and technological systems.
